Rehabilitation Counsellor - Opportunity for Advancement

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will support clients' return to work and life after injury through initial assessments, psychometric testing, and brief interventions.

Key responsibilities include conducting new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support, as well as assessing and reporting on psychological functional capacities and completing psychological functional assessments.

You will also assess and make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work, write detailed case notes and reports, and work with adult clients from varying socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills, willingness to collaborate and bring fresh ideas, commitment to personal and professional growth, and desire to positively impact people's lives by developing business acumen and achieving targets.
