We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the culinary world to join our team as an Area / Territory Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive consultative sales and foster strategic partnerships within Melbourne's premium foodservice sector.

As a Food Service Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with multiple stakeholders, including executive chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, and other commercial decision-makers to truly understand their unique needs and deliver solutions tailored to their specific pain points.
  • Conducting a thorough discovery process to uncover partnership opportunities, understand the competitive landscape and analyse the strategic buying behaviours and values of each customer.
  • Executing kitchen demonstrations and showcasing the culinary value and quality of the products in a hands-on, interactive way, building credibility as a trusted advisor.
