Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide clinical advice and support to individuals who contact us for assistance via phone or online platforms.">
  • To assess the needs of clients and provide appropriate health information and/or referrals as required.">
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.">
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of three years' full-time equivalent recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse Division 1, with a current AHPRA registration and no notations.">
  • A varied nursing background involving substantial public contact, including but not limited to: A&E, Paediatric, Community Care, and Acute Medical/Surgical.">
  • Confidence in the ability to achieve a high standard of customer service in a call centre environment.">
  • Demonstrated confidence and ability to work autonomously to resolve problems and issues.">
  • Comfortable communicating through virtual mediums such as audio/video conferencing, instant messaging, chat rooms, and collaborative software.">
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.">
  • Effective ability to communicate across multidisciplinary teams.">
