Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions and interactive workshops to ensure practical understanding and effective use of equipment.
  • Tailor training content to meet the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality educational materials.
  • Develop engaging articles for various platforms to promote product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate all content for clinical accuracy and alignment with our brand tone of voice.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support distributors by providing education and resources to strengthen their confidence in our products.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Clinical background with a degree in Occupational Therapy or Nursing and a postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Proven experience in healthcare equipment prescription or a similar clinical role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into accessible content.
  • Familiarity with social media and content creation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
Requirements:
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingsness to travel as required.
