**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of training programs that promote high-quality patient care, a safe and efficient operating environment, and compliance with industry protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Create and deliver Annual Competency training programs and assessments that meet National Standards
  2. Develop and implement new staff induction programs, including final assessments for readiness for active deployment
  3. Lead the creation of a 12-month training schedule, identifying staff training needs and areas of risk
  4. Design and deliver tailored training programs to address specific skills and training gaps for staff
  5. Oversee the development of content for online training platforms and maintenance of up-to-date system content
  6. Participate in clinical reviews to identify training gaps and improvements
  7. Evaluate and report on staff attendance and assessment of any training provided
  8. Promote a customer-centric culture that aligns with our values and ensures all processes are patient-focused, efficient, and effective

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and conflicting priorities
  • Effective communication style with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly experienced in patient care and healthcare management
  • Clinical Instructor qualification (preferred)
  • Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (preferred)
