Job Opportunity: Subcontract Administration

The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of subcontract administration, encompassing supplier qualification, document management, and proposal solicitation.

This position necessitates exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret policies and regulations. Ideal candidates should possess 1-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing/subcontracts and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify suppliers and maintain accurate subcontract files
  • Issue requests for proposals and conduct comprehensive evaluations
  • Negotiate subcontract agreements with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage subcontract documentation
  • Monitor and maintain purchase orders/subcontracts in accordance with established protocols
  • Perform peer reviews of procurement files to ensure compliance and quality

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing/subcontracts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret policies and government regulations
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
