Commercial Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and deliver high-quality training programs for sales teams across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical or business fields, with excellent knowledge of product marketing and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging training content, including virtual workshops, presentations, and hands-on sessions.
  • Create and adapt high-quality training materials, manuals, and e-learning resources tailored to meet the needs of the APAC market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless alignment and continuous improvement.
Product Knowledge & Market Insight:
  • Partner with product marketing and business managers to ensure effective product positioning and sales strategy across the APAC region.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations to maintain current and relevant training content.
  • Support new product launches by providing strategic training guidance and market insights.
Reporting & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate training records and assessments in the LMS.
  • Track completion against defined learning paths and report on training impact and performance improvements to management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical field (mechanical or electrical) or a business degree with strong product/industry knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of technical, marketing, or field experience in agriculture, construction, or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
