Our team tailors every beauty treatment for each client, ensuring they leave satisfied with their results.

We are seeking a manager to lead our Sydney clinic, reporting to the Area Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong retail, sales, people management, and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring financial performance is achieved
  • Assessing treatment category performance and creating action plans
  • Managing and coaching team members to achieve business objectives
  • Planning and managing staffing requirements
  • Delivering on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) - Beauty Tailored To You
  • Driving a culture of feedback and continuous performance improvement
  • Executing marketing promotions and campaigns
  • Managing operational areas of the business
  • Driving operational excellence and leading day-to-day retail disciplines
  • Creating a safe work environment

About You:

  • A strong background in retail, sales, people management, and leadership
  • A background in retail, hair, and beauty or service industries
  • Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve targets
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong brand alignment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive a positive team culture
  • High computer literacy
  • Business Qualifications desirable

This is a hands-on role that includes weekend work and requires availability for additional hours at peak times.
