Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by creating and implementing effective strategies for contract and supplier management.

In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across technology and business functions to develop and implement frameworks for contract and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead contracting negotiations with vendors for new engagements and portfolio-wide renewals
  2. Influence business owners to ensure commercial practices are aligned before progressing to sourcing
  3. Work closely with business owners to understand their ongoing requirements, future demand, and long-term strategy
  4. Support new initiatives and business cases through upfront market research and due diligence on new vendors
  5. Maintain governance of existing vendors and strategically plan renewals
  6. Act as the commercial contracting subject matter expert for projects and tenders
  7. Monitor industry trends, vendor pricing fluctuations, and emerging best practices
