Talent Acquisition Leader

This is a high-visibility leadership position that requires an experienced professional to spearhead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing candidates, developing strategic recruitment plans, and leading high-performing teams.
The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to guide our team towards excellence. As Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from creating compelling job advertisements to conducting first-round interviews and negotiating offers.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing strategic recruitment plans, managing e-recruitment systems, and driving business results through data-driven insights.
About the TeamThe successful candidate will have extensive experience working with e-recruitment systems and a proven ability to source top talent. Previous experience interpreting enterprise agreements will be highly regarded.
