**Maintenance Technician Role**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on buildings, plant and equipment, furniture, fittings, gardens, lawns, and carparks.
- Maintain asset acquisition and disposals in our inventory management system.
- Manage site vehicles and loading dock areas.
- Collaborate with our maintenance supervisor and site manager on budget planning and asset management.
- Purchase and order equipment in accordance with organizational policies.
- Report and manage resident and staff complaints regarding maintenance services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and organizational policies.
About this role:
- Minimum 12 months experience in preventative and reactive maintenance systems.
- Hands-on property maintenance experience.
- Understanding of operational processes.
- Experience managing property-related contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
