Job Opportunity: Shaping Justice Sector Change

Large-scale projects and programmes seek to deliver meaningful change across the justice sector.

The role of Principal Advisor, Change Management is pivotal in shaping this change.

  • Drive change management best practice and offer expert guidance on complex change risks and issues.
  • Partner with business groups to build change management capability across projects, people leaders, and governance groups.
  • Deliver enterprise change portfolio impact forecasts and insights for governance groups and decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance organisational performance through data-driven analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including stakeholder management and influencing people across all levels.
  • A working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and its implications for Ministry of Justice work.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in enterprise change leadership within complex organisations is necessary.
  • Developing and improving change management frameworks, practices, and tools, ideally in an investment setting.
