About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Parramatta. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of program packages, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Project Scope Management: Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with all internal & external stakeholders and lead the delivery of assigned packages, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants such as PMs, cost, procurement consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Accurate planning, updating, tracking, and reporting of budgets and forecasts related to work packages.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, managing and mentoring a team of project professionals.
  • Communication: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, and mentor junior employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Site Visits: Visit project sites 2-4 times a month for progress inspection, site and/or community meetings.

About the Opportunity

This contract is available for an initial 6-month term with likely extensions, offering a hybrid working arrangement in a dynamic environment.
