">Job Responsibilities
">The Security Project Manager will be responsible for delivering and overseeing the performance of security projects in sensitive infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
">- Project Management">
- Deliver security projects under Opex or Capex programs">
- Ensure effective service delivery and outcomes in line with client requirements">
- Relationship Management">
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, and consultants">
- Identify and build key client relationships">
- Business Acumen">
- Demonstrate business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills">
- Manage project costs within approved budgets">
- Quality Assurance">
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards">
- Foster a culture of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle">
- Health and Safety">
- Implement OHS policies and procedures across all stakeholders">
- Ensure statutory requirements are met">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
">- Experience">
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in security project management, preferably in the electronic security industry">
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard">
- Education and Qualifications">
- Graduate Diploma of Project Management or Trade Certificate in electronic security or relevant discipline">
- Possession of a current NSW security licence (2A, B, C)">
- Skills and Knowledge">
- Strong technical skills and experience in the electronic security industry">
- Proficient in applications including Word, Excel, and MS Project">
- Ability to respond quickly to change and adapt a flexible approach to problems and opportunities">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- A valid Driver's Licence (mandatory)">
- Licenses and Certifications">
- Current General Induction for the Construction Industry card">

Compensation
