Job Responsibilities

The Security Project Manager will be responsible for delivering and overseeing the performance of security projects in sensitive infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management">
    • Deliver security projects under Opex or Capex programs">
    • Ensure effective service delivery and outcomes in line with client requirements">
    ">
  • Relationship Management">
    • Maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, and consultants">
    • Identify and build key client relationships">
    ">
  • Business Acumen">
    • Demonstrate business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills">
    • Manage project costs within approved budgets">
    ">
  • Quality Assurance">
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards">
    • Foster a culture of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle">

  • Health and Safety">
    • Implement OHS policies and procedures across all stakeholders">
    • Ensure statutory requirements are met">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience">
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in security project management, preferably in the electronic security industry">
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard">
    ">
  • Education and Qualifications">
    • Graduate Diploma of Project Management or Trade Certificate in electronic security or relevant discipline">
    • Possession of a current NSW security licence (2A, B, C)">
    ">
  • Skills and Knowledge">
    • Strong technical skills and experience in the electronic security industry">
    • Proficient in applications including Word, Excel, and MS Project">
    • Ability to respond quickly to change and adapt a flexible approach to problems and opportunities">
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
    • A valid Driver's Licence (mandatory)">

  • Licenses and Certifications">
    • Current General Induction for the Construction Industry card">

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
