This is a dynamic role that requires a morning person with exceptional leadership skills, capable of leading our pre-opening kitchen team. As the first to switch on the lights, you will set the tone for our guests' day with simple, thoughtful and flavourful breakfast plates.
Your attention to detail and pride in your craft will bring comfort, delight and a reason for our guests to keep coming back. You will take charge of the breakfast section, prepare and plate consistently high-quality dishes with a focus on seasonality and flavour, work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth early operations, and maintain a clean and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the breakfast service with confidence and calm;
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes to meet our standards;
- Work effectively with the front of house team to deliver seamless service;
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment;
- Confidence with eggs, pastries and beautifully balanced breakfast dishes;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
