Breakfast Cook Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Breakfast Cook to join our team. As a key member of our cafe's kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing fresh daily selections for the cabinet, including toasted sandwiches, burritos, and ham & cheese croissants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Par-bake croissants and cookies each morning to keep the café smelling irresistible.
  • Cook and plate delicious breakfast/brunch style dishes with care, following our culinary standards.
  • Prep fresh ingredients to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare in-house catering for offsite events, including corporate finger sandwiches, fruit platters, wraps, and grazing boxes.
  • Help manage stock, reduce waste, and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Maintain the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food safety standards.
