Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present consistently delicious breakfast dishes with a focus on seasonality and flavour.
- Lead the breakfast team with confidence and calm, ensuring smooth early operations.
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared kitchen environment.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen setting.
- Excellent organizational skills, allowing you to stay focused and ahead of your work.
- Proven ability to motivate and support junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
- Confidence in preparing eggs, pastries, and balanced breakfast dishes.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with front-of-house staff and other departments.
