About the Job

This position is part of our team in Toowoomba, working closely with Sales, Service and Administration departments.

  • Oversee reception duties, including phone calls, visitor coordination and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations.
  • Manage creation of purchase orders and reconcile monthly invoices onsite.
  • Develop and maintain customer and sales documents and reports.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Perform general office administration tasks.
