Client Service Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to provide quality service to vulnerable people. This is a busy, client-facing position that requires strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and refer inquiries as needed
  • Provide effective intake services through telephone and face-to-face interactions
  • Evaluate client circumstances to expedite service delivery and ensure urgent referral action
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for the Reception area
  • Field walk-in enquiries from the public
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with people who have complex vulnerabilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including dealing with difficult clients
  • High-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills to accurately assess and address client needs
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a relevant industry or service
  • Current, unrestricted class QLD driver's licence
  • Positive Notice for Working with Children and Disability Services Queensland clearance
