Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide on-site and on-call assistance to our end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.

This role will require the successful candidate to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring optimal service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with computer operating systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure support, customer service, and communication skills
  • At least two of the following certifications: PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
  • 1 year of relevant experience; freshers and IT students are also welcome
