We invite applications for the position of Lead Marketing Strategist – Data-Driven Customer Engagement at TPG Telecom, where you will play a key role in designing and delivering data-driven propositions that resonate with our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex datasets, interpreting data and behavioural results to create tailored recommendations that enhance customer retention and revenue growth. This includes designing the Next Best Action (NBA) proposition framework, defining decisioning rules, establishing mechanisms to capture customer feedback, and preparing commercial updates for senior management and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure commercial alignment, perform research and analysis to understand market trends and commercial variances, and leverage advanced data analysis techniques to analyse proposition performance data.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and drive marketing decisions
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization to draw actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect statistical insights with strategic commercial objectives
  • Experience in developing and optimising customer propositions and value offers using data-driven methodologies
  • Tech savvy, data led and proficient in marketing automation and decisioning tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, PEGA, Unica or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
