About the Position

">

We're seeking an experienced marketer with a passion for customer engagement and data-driven marketing to join our talented Lotteries Marketing team. In this role, you'll focus on crafting engaging content, building and executing omnichannel campaigns, and optimising the member experience to drive commercial performance and reduce churn. You'll also be responsible for shaping the future of our loyalty initiatives and working closely with the product and tech team to deliver conclusive experiments that test different loyalty program levers.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Campaign Creation and Optimisation: Develop and execute email, mail, and SMS campaigns to support the growth and tenure of loyal customers, while reporting on channel and subscriber performance and key success metrics.">
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain the loyalty programs brand and its benefits, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels to support the acquisition and retention of members.">
  • Experimentation: Collaborate with the product and tech team to deliver conclusive experiments that test different loyalty program levers and apply a test and learn approach to agreed initiatives across owned channels.">
  • Channel Management: Strategise, plan, and execute the owned channel marketing calendar to support customer lifecycle retention strategies, identifying opportunities for optimisation and collaborating with relevant partners and stakeholders.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

">
  • At least 5 years' marketing experience, with 3+ years in growth marketing developing and executing omnichannel customer lifecycle marketing roadmaps.">
  • Experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns in conjunction with digital teams to support commercial and lifecycle marketing campaigns.">
  • Demonstrated experience in making a commercial impact and marketing effectiveness, including ROI and revenue performance forecasting.">
  • Exposure to marketing effectiveness: ROI, LTV, and budget management.">
  • Knowledge of Braze or similar CRM technology (highly desirable).">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
