The Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a schedule by managing submittal approvals, coordinating material delivery, and tracking schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinates work schedules, manages design changes, and communicates with project stakeholders.
  • Reviews project requirements, makes adjustments to the scope of the project schedule, analyzes specifications, and coordinates with production teams.
  • Updates the project schedule with input from field operations per contract specifications.
  • Compiles subcontractors' bids and estimates, and distributes contract documents at the project site for input from management.
  • Works under project management and oversees safety policies.
  • Assists with project setup and closeout, processes and tracks all submittals & RFIs, and creates and maintains the project CPM schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent years of experience required.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with construction project management applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to work in a team-oriented office and field environment.
