Fleet Logistics Coordinator

Develop a strategic role in managing daily fleet operations for efficient logistics management. Our team is based in Queensland and we are seeking an experienced Fleet Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize routes and schedules to ensure timely and effective transportation
  • Supervise drivers effectively, meeting Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement safety policies and conduct incident investigations
  • Manage emergency situations and advise clients on delays
  • Review operational requirements for optimal performance
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in logistics and fleet management
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison
  • Highly focused and reliable deadline management
  • Attention to detail for accurate data reconciliation
  • Customer-focused approach for delivering exceptional results
  • Proactive maintenance of WHS obligations and compliance
  • Computer literacy in Office 365, C3, Mobile Dock, and major booking portals
