**Logistics Management Role**

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the QLD Cement Logistics Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fleet of company drivers and subcontractors to deliver cementitious products while maintaining on-road activity and depot operations compliance.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and support to logistics teams, assisting customer service teams to meet customer objectives, ensuring safe reliable delivery on customer sites, managing fleet utilization metrics and capital maintenance programs, reviewing and managing costs, and financial reporting and management.

Requirements for this role include transport/supply chain/logistics industry background and fleet management experience, leadership skills with a proven track record in people and fleet management, cost & financial management, business improvement and project management experience, certificate IV in OHS or equivalent risk management and safety experience, understanding of heavy vehicles and equipment, and strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
