As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the efficient scheduling and deployment of our vehicle fleet. This position is responsible for allocating resources to meet daily customer delivery requirements, ensuring timely and reliable freight services across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and allocate fleet resources to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and adjust vehicle allocations in real-time to respond to delivery schedule changes, traffic, or operational needs
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless transport operations
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activity, including vehicle usage and performance data
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and support ongoing process improvements
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling and support overall fleet management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
  • Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on delivery status
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet allocation, transport coordination, or logistics operations
  • Proficiency in system software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes
  • Familiarity with Brisbane delivery routes, port operations, and container parks
  • High-level data entry skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Clear communication skills essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of road safety regulations
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle dynamic operational needs
