Based in our Banyo, Brisbane office, you'll be supported with full training and set up for success from day one.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in fleet or logistics coordination - or transferable skills from accounts payable/accounting in a large, complex business.
  • Confident communication skills - comfortable liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong tech skills - MS Office and fleet management systems; familiarity with PO creation, invoice processing, vendor management is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and on the road.
  • Managing servicing, repairs, registrations, insurance, and replacements.
  • Overseeing procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet assets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicles, drivers, costs, and compliance.
  • Partnering with suppliers to improve cost efficiency, reliability, and performance.
