About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our minor civil infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage site activities, including labour, plant and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and control costs, including daily activity reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members
Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent
  • Current driver's licence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proven experience in minor civil infrastructure projects
