Project Manager Role

As a Project Manager at your preferred employer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion while maintaining a safe and quality-controlled work environment.

The role involves overseeing minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects. Key responsibilities include arranging plant, labour, and material resources, directing and monitoring subcontractors, suppliers, and plant hirers, controlling survey requirements, and maintaining compliance with construction programs.

A thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental requirements is essential, as well as experience in shoring and delivering high-quality construction projects within constraints.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Civil Construction, a current driver's license, good communication skills, attention to detail, and proven leadership skills.
