As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Thoroughly understand and comply with OHS and environmental requirements at all times
- Arrange plant, labour and material resources efficiently to meet project needs
- Effectively direct and monitor sub-contractors, suppliers and plant hirers to ensure seamless operations
- Control survey requirements to maintain accuracy and precision
- Daily monitoring of activity costs to ensure budget adherence
- Continuously monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain strict control over construction programs to meet deadlines
- Identify and report non-conformances, contributing recommendations for remedial work
- Accurately record daily site activities for easy reference and analysis
- Ensure clients' quality expectations are consistently met or exceeded in accordance with specifications
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of drawings, specifications and quality requirements for site-related activities
- Previous experience in minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects within budget and program constraints
- Experience in shoring and related site management techniques
