Job Description

As a Senior Facilities Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all critical systems are functioning properly
  • Leading and developing a team of facilities professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with facility operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience in a similar senior facilities management role, with a strong understanding of technical aspects of property
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations
  • Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
