
Effective Communication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality speech pathology services to students.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and other support staff to develop and implement individualised plans to support student learning and wellbeing.
About the Role- Evaluate student communication and learning needs using standardised and non-standardised assessment measures.
- Work with classroom teachers to prioritise communication and learning goals.
- Implement evidence-based, data-informed interventions to enhance student communication, learning and wellbeing.
- Collaborate and contribute to the professional development of staff and provide opportunities for parent education.
- Experience working with students with diverse communication needs.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective interventions that improve student outcomes.
- Strong skills in providing clear, actionable reports and feedback to parents and educators on student progress.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (minimum Bachelor's degree) plus eligibility for Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
