About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Hanes Australasia.

This is a flexible part time position with a minimum of hours/week, on a flexible roster of 3-4 days/wk (Sunday and Monday availability required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • A passion for retail and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
