About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Reckitt Benckiser Australia. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs, and driving sales growth in the pharmacy channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including pharmacy owners, managers, and staff, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Align our product range with customer needs through regular visits and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the pharmacy channel, including promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmacy channel.
  • Strong relationships-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of the pharmacy channel and its dynamics.
