Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

A boutique performance and profitability professional with expertise in luxury retail is required to drive sales and client engagement.

  • Boutique Performance:
  • Develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability.
  • Team Management:
  • Support the Store-in-Charge in sales and operations management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, and team management.
  • Customer Service:
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and client engagement to drive sales and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Approachable personality and customer-service oriented.
