Transport Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to join our team as a Transport Coordinator. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to break into the logistics industry.

About the Role:

  • Support our team in coordinating daily transport activities, improving processes, and hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate tasks and workflow to drive performance.
  • Assist in allocating resources and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Support labour planning, scheduling, and timesheet processing.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards and policies.
  • Liaise with customers to meet service expectations.
  • Handle freight and documentation professionally and efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and other legislation.
  • Report and escalate safety concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for operations and HSE activities.
  • Assist with KPI tracking and general administrative duties.
