  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and execute innovative menus that showcase local seasonal produce

This position requires passion, creativity, and a strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. A Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery and experience working in a la carte kitchens are essential.
