Mail Center Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and upbeat Mail Center Manager to work in our brand-new location in Sydney. This is an exciting time to join us, as we continue to expand our presence worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving mail, scanning it into software, and filing it appropriately. They will also answer inbound calls and in-person inquiries from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, think on your feet, and develop strong relationships with clients. You will also be required to assist customers in person to retrieve their mail, and ensure the highest level of customer service.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in an office coordinator role with an emphasis in customer service, and a strong work ethic. Travel as needed to other locations and/or the corporate office.
