Mail Center Professional

We are seeking a Mail Center Professional to work in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating with clients on the phone and in person, and have a positive team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive mail, scan it into software and file it appropriately.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and in-person inquiries from customers.
  • Assist customers in person to retrieve their mail in a courteous manner.
  • Deliver information in a positive, conversational and compassionate way to develop relationships with clients.
  • Maintain inventory of mail and office supplies and keep corporate offices informed when supplies need to be reordered.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential mail with discretion.
  • A results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience as an office coordinator with a focus on customer service.
