The Role

We're seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team, providing financial leadership and support across our branches. As a key member of our finance team, you'll work closely with branch management to drive business decisions and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate business reviews with branch managers, providing financial analysis and insights.
  • Support branch budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making processes.
  • Prepare business cases and financial reports to guide operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on ad-hoc projects.
  • Visit assigned branches quarterly to provide on-site support and strengthen partnerships.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A CA/CPA qualification with strong financial acumen.
  • Proven experience providing financial leadership to operational teams.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify financial concepts for all levels of financial literacy.
  • Experience in the heavy machinery industry or dealerships (highly regarded but not essential).
