About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our Support Office team. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial leadership, reporting, and support to our Regional and Branch management personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Branch management to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare business cases to support operational decision-making at the Branch level
  • Assist Branches with providing relevant financial information for the annual budget and reforecasting processes
  • Participate in training programs to improve the financial acumen of our operations team
  • Visit each assigned Branch once per quarter to provide onsite support to the management team
  • Build relationships with all Branch Managers and their teams, providing analytical support for decision-making
  • Support the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with ad-hoc projects, tasks, and analysis as required
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified with experience in providing financial support to operational teams
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel
  • Strong financial acumen, including the analysis and interpretation of financial data, identifying trends and key business drivers
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to people of all levels of financial literacy
  • Prior experience in the Heavy Machinery Industry or Dealerships would be highly regarded
