Regional Business Leader

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Leader to join our team in South West Queensland. As a key member of our Regional and Agribusiness banking team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure the team provides responsive, professional and quality service, exceeding client expectations
* Build strong relationships with clients, retaining and growing their business, while utilising your network to identify and pursue new opportunities
* Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
* Establish or continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank in this key region

**Requirements**

* Experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement
* Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus
* A passion to develop a strong personal brand and to become a leader in the community
* Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness or sales leadership experience outside of the banking sector
* A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
