Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated worker welfare specialist to join our team in Castlemaine. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for worker welfare and can provide exceptional support to international workers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end pastoral care support to new workers across various activities including accommodation, payroll queries, transport; shopping; banking and medical appointments. They will also be required to maintain accurate data records for immigration and compliance purposes.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a solutions-focused approach, and the ability to adapt to change quickly. The ideal candidate will have well-developed written skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy. Knowledge of the Pacific Island countries involved in the PALM scheme is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end pastoral care support to new workers
  • Maintain accurate data records for immigration and compliance purposes
  • Administration duties; reporting as required by the business units and relevant government agencies
