Job Title: Pastoral Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate pastoral care specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our labour hire company, you will play a vital role in supporting the welfare and well-being of new workers.

  • Providing holistic support to new workers, including accommodation, transport, shopping, banking, and medical appointments
  • Ongoing worker welfare and support services
  • Administrative duties, reporting as required by relevant business units and government agencies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional pastoral care support to new workers
  • Managing administrative tasks and reports with attention to detail
  • Collaborating with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of our PALM program
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in autonomous roles with adaptability and problem-solving skills
