Job Title: Welfare Support Worker

The role of the Welfare Support Worker is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centered care to residents of our residential units. This involves working closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to facilitate client assessments, admissions, discharge planning, case management, therapeutic interventions, including counseling, withdrawal support, and group activities.

This critical role operates across all hours of service operation via a 24/7 rotating roster. The Welfare Support Worker may be required to provide support to clients across both residential units, however this role will be primarily based at one of our locations.
