Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and review business opportunities for tender submissions
  • Prepare complex documentation and write government proposals
  • Maintain a Relationship Management platform and engage with our finance team
  • Improve business programs, technologies, and policies through process mapping and Business Analysis
  • Support employee performance reviews and develop new company policies under direction
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Live in Canberra and be able to attend meetings with clients if required
  • Exceptional written communication, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Attention to detail when reviewing documentation and financial information
Desirable Skills
  • Previous Defence experience in the ADF or APS
  • Previous experience in academia, consulting, project management, business administration, sales, or recruitment
