Job Overview

The role of a Strategic Planning Director is to provide leadership, direction, and high-quality day-to-day servicing for clients.


Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' business and broader market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with client leads and partner agencies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel plans, including production of supporting documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of response to brief components, including strategy, comms planning, investment, and optimization.
  • Lead and motivate teams, managing workloads of Managers, Planning Executives, and Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to drive business growth and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in media, digital, or marketing.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (marketing, advertising, media, digital).
  • Depth knowledge of syndicated and proprietary tools.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
