About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Demand Planner or Inventory Controller who can provide accurate forecasting and stock management across our broad range of products. As a key member of our Purchasing team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a retail, eCommerce, or FMCG environment. You'll be responsible for achieving forecast accuracy, managing inventory levels, and proposing process improvements to enhance our purchasing operations.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our Head of Demand Planning. You'll also be empowered to take ownership of your work and make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve forecast accuracy across all product lines by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Actively manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure purchase orders are accurate and on time.
- Propose process improvements to enhance our purchasing operations.
- Analyse performance data to inform business decisions.
- University degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, Mathematics, etc.).
- Experience in Demand Planning or Inventory/Stock Control, preferably in a retail, eCommerce, or FMCG environment.
- Highly analytical and logical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
