The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills, with excellent communication abilities and a compassionate patient-centred approach.

Job Description
  • Manage inbound referrals via online forms, phone, and email, triaging veterans into the most appropriate patient journey and conducting eligibility checks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine healthcare pathways, recording onboarding steps and maintaining accurate documentation in Best Practice.
  • Provide proactive follow-up to minimise lost leads and ensure veterans have timely access to care, producing weekly reports on onboarding activities and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist, administrator, or in a healthcare/veteran-focused setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
  • Proficiency in Best Practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with full working rights in Australia.
