Healthcare Innovation Specialist Role

This role focuses on pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare by delivering clinical training and facilitating the implementation of new equipment. You will work closely with customers to prepare, set up, and deliver training as per their requirements.

  • Clinical Training: Prepare, set up, and deliver clinical training sessions for customers. This includes conducting workshops, presentations, and one-on-one training to improve product and application knowledge.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customer service to differentiate between technical and applications-related problems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Equipment Implementation: Facilitate the customer's new equipment implementation through handover training and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless integration into their operations.
  • Image Provision: Support the collection and provision of images to the marketing team, showcasing the latest advancements in healthcare technology.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend conferences and seminars supported by Siemens Healthineers, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: Current registration with AHPRA as a Radiographer is essential. You should possess a high standard of clinical and technological knowledge in MRI, along with proven ability to provide clinical training. Willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand is also required.
